The head of the company Alibaba Group, Jack Ma, has decided to leave his job to the new generation as of May 10.
Jack Ma is one of the most famous businessmen in China. He founded the company in 1999. It is one of the biggest online companies in the world. It is affiliated to several online services such as shops or online malls.China whose huge rural population is converting to a modern way of life, has a strong online market potential.
His leadership will be shared between 25 executives. He said he wanted this change because he believes that the new generation is able to bring new vision and new ideas.
However, he will remain chairman so he still has his word to say.
My opinion: Companies like Jack Ma’s will soon make China the first economic power of the world. They are modernizing themselves and looking for new ideas and market potential. They are very productive and bring a lot of wealth to their country. These are encouraging signs that life in China is going to change even more dramatically with the new government.

Jack Ma est l'un des hommes d’affaires les plus connus de Chine. Il a fondé cette compagnie en 1999. C'était une des plus grandes entreprises en ligne du monde. Elle propose de nombreux services en ligne comme des boutiques ou bien des centres d’échanges en ligne. La Chine , ayant une très forte population qui se modernise progressivement dans les campagnes, possède un très fort potentiel dans ce domaine.
Sa direction sera partagée entre 25 cadres. Il dit vouloir ce changement car il pense que la nouvelle génération est capable d'apporter une vision nouvelle.
Cependant, il aura toujours un travail de président et donc son mot à dire.
Mon opinion : Ce sont des compagnies comme celles-ci qui font que la Chine va bientôt devenir la première puissance économique mondiale. Elles se modernisent et cherchent de nouvelles idées de marché potentiels. Elles sont très productives et apportent beaucoup de richesses à leur pays. Ce sont des signes encourageants qui peuvent laisser espérer que la vie en Chine continuera à connaître de profonds bouleversements avec le gouvernement qui se met en place.
